[Resolvido!] Invasão de Virus e Spywares

Estou logando no iMasters pela primeira vez. Preciso de ajuda. Meu micro foi invadido por vários vírus. Seguindo a dica de um amigo, entrei no MSCONFIG e desmarquei programas no STARTUP que pareciam estranhos. Limpei tambem os registros manualmente no REGEDIT. Toda vez que dou um novo boot recebo uma msg do Windows para que eu altere a configuração no MSCONFIG de Selective Startup para Normal Startup. Se eu marco esta opção, todos os programas estranhos que citei são marcados novamente no Startup e carregam nos registros infectando o micro novamente.

 

Não sei como copiar a tela do MSCONFIG para o post e portanto listo abaixo o nome dos aqruivos que aparecem nos STARTUP ITEMS:

 

1. spoolsvv

2. jusched

3. kernels8

4. xpupdate

5. _mzu_stonedrv3

Olá, canayma! Seja bem vindo!

 

Na verdade, será preciso "habilitar" algumas entradas no MSConfig, pois desabilitar certas opções elas poderão esconder pontos-chave para identificar uma infecção.

 

Então faça o seguinte:

 

1. Vai em Iniciar > Executar e digite: MSCONFIG.

 

- Clique em OK.

 

"Habilite" todas as entradas do guia inicializar, em seguida confirme.

 

2. Reinicie o computador.

 

Após os procedimentos, faça um novo log do HijackThis e cole-o na sua resposta.

Decidi me cadastrar no iMasters após pesquisar o Fórum detalhadamente e ler vários posts e pude constatar a seriedade e qualidade das orientações. Caro Canayma,

 

O nosso trabalho é VOLUNTÁRIO. Temos os nossos afazeres e não podemos ficar de plantão aqui no Fórum. Todos aqui trabalham e dedicam parte de seu escasso tempo para ajudar pessoas como você.

 

É engraçado, as pessoas clicam em links que não deveriam, entram em sites pouco confiáveis, baixam cracks, e, consequentemente, acabam sendo contaminados; daí surgem pessoas como nós - raras hoje em dia - que dedicam parte de seu tempo para ajudar o próximo, e como "pagamento" recebemos cobranças de agilidade na resposta, ofensas (não é o seu caso), posts irônicos, etc...

 

Tudo bem que o Fórum tenha regras, mas deixar para me ajudar no 5o dia às 23:59 h...

A Shine deve ter bons motivos para ainda não ter respondido, e talvez só possa responder no quinto dia às 23:59 hs.

 

Você está analisando a situação apenas pelo prisma do usuário. E nós Moderadores? Veja a enormidade de tópicos cujos autores sumiram após obter a primeira resposta. Perdemos nosso tempo analisando os logs para que os autores os abandonem posteriormente. Agora me diga, o que podemos fazer? Apenas lamentar meu caro.

O único responsável pelo travamento e infecção do micro é você, pois em 99,99% dos casos com malwares, a contaminação se dá com a efetiva participação do usuário. Se tiver paciência tenho certeza que a resposta virá, caso contrário....

Vamos fazer os procedimentos, e qualquer dúvida fique a vontade para perguntar, ok?

 

1. Faça o download do Killbox, descompacte-o e execute-o.

 

- Marque a opção Delete on Reboot.

 

- Agora copie os arquivos abaixo para área de transferência

(selecione e clique em Editar > Copiar).

 

c:\windows\system32\_mzu_stonedrv3.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels8.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsvv.exe

C:\Windows\xpupdate.exe

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Settings\winsys2f.dll

 

- Volte ao KillBox. Clique em File > Paste from clipboard. Clique no botão All Files.

 

- Clique no botão killbox.png. Responda Não à pergunta.

 

Talvez você queira imprimir essas instruções ou salvá-las em um arquivo texto para fácil acesso, pois você não terá acesso ao seu tópico

 

2. Reinicie o PC em entre em modo seguro (pressione F8 durante a inicialização e escolha modo seguro na tela de seleção)

 

3. Abra o HijackThis e clique em Do a system scan only.

 

- Marque somente as entradas abaixo e clique ht-fix.png

Quando eu tento copiar os arquivos indicados no seu post para a área de transferência e daí para o Killbox, os arquivos não aparecem. Eu rodei alguns anti-virus que podem ter eliminado os malwares, porém já aconteceu antes e voltam depois. Segue o novo log do Highjackthis.

1. Faça um scan online com: Activescan

 

Depois copie o resultado e cole-o na sua resposta

 

PS: Desabilite seu antivirus para nao impedir o scan com Panda

 

2. Baixe o SmitFraudFix

 

- Descompacte o conteúdo do arquivo SmitfraudFix.zip para uma pasta própria.

 

Não rode ainda!

 

Talvez você queira imprimir essas instruções ou salvá-las em um arquivo texto para fácil acesso

 

2. Reinicie o computador no Modo de Segurança apertando F8 logo que iniciar até aparecer um menu onde você pode selecionar a opção Modo Seguro ou Modo de Segurança.

 

3. Abra a pasta criada para o SmitFraudFix e execute o SmitfraudFix.cmd.

 

- Clique na opção 2 e clique Enter.

 

- Quando aparecer a mensagem "Do you want to clean the registry ?" clique em Y e clique Enter.

 

4. Reinicie o computador normalmente.

 

5. Depois faça um novo log do HijackThis e cole-o na sua resposta

 

PS: Na sua resposta, copie também o log do SmitFraudFix, que estará no arquivo rapport.txt em C:\ ou na partição onde está instalado o sistema.

Seu log não apresenta entradas maliciosas

 

1. Baixe o CCleaner para fazer uma boa limpeza.

 

Apos o download, proceda com a instalação, em seguida abra o programa e execute a varredura.

 

- Clique em Analisar.

 

- Ao terminar o scan clique em Executar Cleaner para finalizar.

 

PS: Caso não queira apagar as paginas visitadas pelo seu navegador, desmarque a opção "Historico".

 

Diga se ainda há algum problema no seu pc?

Valeu pela ajuda! Vou rodar o CCleaner e postarei o resultado. O ACTIVESCAN foi instalado no meu computador e notei que ele está carregando no startup. Pode ser desinstalado ou é melhor deixar residente? O problema é ocupar memória sem necessidade.

Olá Shine,

 

O Active scan foi eliminado do startup, porém apareceu um comando que me parece estranho. Favor verificar no log em anexo. Marquei as linhas em AZUL. No resto o Log está ok?

 

Desde que tive estes problemas com vírus e fiz as limpezas, o meu micro ficou muito lento, tanto para o boot, quanto para abrir alguns programas e navegação na Internet. Existe algo que eu possa fazer para recuperar a performance?

Opa!

 

Desde que tive estes problemas com vírus e fiz as limpezas, o meu micro ficou muito lento, tanto para o boot, quanto para abrir alguns programas e navegação na Internet. Existe algo que eu possa fazer para recuperar a performance?

Faça uma boa desfragmentação, e visite outras areas do forum, especialmente na area de Software para receber dicas e melhorar o desempenho do seu sistema operacional.
