Na semana passada meu micro apresentou sintomas de que havia sido infectado elo SpySheriff. Pesquisei no fórum e achei o procedimento indicado para remoção. Fiz o passo-a-passo no meu micro, mas algumas etapas não foram necessária, acho que o spy não chegou a ser instalado totalmente, ou não baixei aquele programa que ele direciona, algo assim...Bom, meu micro ainda está com as janelas com a cara do Win98 e se reinicia sozinho de vez em quando.Me ajudem, por favor!Obrigado, Kleber.

Opa!

 

Vamos aos procedimentos:

 

1. Baixe o SmitFraudFix

 

- Descompacte o conteúdo do arquivo SmitfraudFix.zip para uma pasta própria.

 

Não rode ainda!

 

Talvez você queira imprimir essas instruções ou salvá-las em um arquivo texto para fácil acesso

 

2. Reinicie o computador no Modo de Segurança apertando F8 logo que iniciar até aparecer um menu onde você pode selecionar a opção Modo Seguro ou Modo de Segurança.

 

3. Abra a pasta criada para o SmitFraudFix e execute o SmitfraudFix.cmd.

 

- Clique na opção 2 e clique Enter.

 

- Quando aparecer a mensagem "Do you want to clean the registry ?" clique em Y e clique Enter.

 

4. Abra o HijackThis e clique em Do a system scan only.

 

- Marque SOMENTE as entradas abaixo e clique ht-fix.png

5. Reinicie o computador normalmente.

 

6. Depois faça um novo log do HijackThis e cole-o na sua resposta

 

Na sua resposta, cole também o log do SmitFraudFix, que estará no arquivo rapport.txt em C:\ ou na partição onde está instalado o sistema.

Shine,

 

segui os procedimentos que me passou. Em modo seguro rodei o SmitFraudFix, selecionei y para a pergunta "do you want to clean the registry?". tudo ok.

Só que, ao rodar o HijackThis, nenhuma das opções que você falou para eu selecionar estava disponível. Simplesmente reiniciei o micro em modo normal.

 

Bom, o que eu vi foi que a mensagem de erro quando vou abrir o IE, para o arquivo secure32.html já não aparece mais, mas ainda está com aparência do Win98.

Vamos resolver isso! ;)

 

1. Clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre o link abaixo, selecione "Salvar destino como", poderá salvar no desktop.

 

Restore_Themes.reg

 

- Será baixado o arquivo. Depois dê duplo clique sobre o arquivo.

- Será perguntado se deseja adicionar informações ao registro. Clique em "Sim" para fazer a correção.

 

Caso não resolva, tente o mesmo com os links abaixo:

Fix.reg

 

Outra alternativa:

 

2. Faça o download do arquivo abaixo e extraia para dentro da pasta C:\Windows\Resources\Themes:
