[Resolvido] Abrir Programas Via Delphi

Adicione um TOpenDialog e um TBitBtn, no evento OnClick faça:

Vai abrir uma tela para selecionar o arquivo, vai abrir conforme o programa padrão vinculado com ele.

Precisa somente declarar no uses a unit Shellapi.
