Fontes mudam sozinhas

Boa noite.

Estou tendo um problema com as fontes de uma newsletter que estou desenvolvendo em html. Quando visualizo no navegador, as fontes mantem-se conforme o programado. Porém, quando disparo por e-mail, o programa utilizado (mozilla) muda automaticamente a maior parte delas. As únicas que se mantem inalteradas são as que estão sobre a tarja vermelha, no topo da news.

Alguém sabe me dizer aonde está o erro?
