Warging(s) - validação W3C

Novamente fui validar minha página por este site http://validator.w3.org/check não teve nenhum erro dessa vez, o problema são esses 2 warning(s) que aparecem (não só quando valida o meu código, mas o de outros sites também):

 

DOCTYPE Override in effect!

 

The detected DOCTYPE Declaration "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">" has been suppressed and the DOCTYPE for "XHTML 1.0 Strict" inserted instead, but even if no errors are shown below the document will not be Valid until you update it to reflect this new DOCTYPE.

Using Direct Input mode: UTF-8 character encoding assumed

 

Unlike the “by URI” and “by File Upload” modes, the “Direct Input” mode of the validator provides validated content in the form of characters pasted or typed in the validator's form field. This will automatically make the data UTF-8, and therefore the validator does not need to determine the character encoding of your document, and will ignore any charset information specified.

 

If you notice a discrepancy in detected character encoding between the “Direct Input” mode and other validator modes, this is likely to be the reason. It is neither a bug in the validator, nor in your document.

Obs:já traduzi, mas não entendi quase nada. <_<

o primeiro deve resolver trocando o DTD pelo xHTML 1.1

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

 

o segundo diz que ele utilizou encode UTF na sua pagina porque você colou o codigo no site pra validar.

ele só vai usar o encode que você declarou [iSO 8859-1 por exemplo] quando validar um site online.

esse vai aparecer SEMPRE que você validar um codigo por "direct imput"
